Our team has years of experience with a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Whatever your needs, you are in good hands. We can provide direction and teach you how to get the most out of your movements every day. Our personalized programs are designed to improve your performance, prevent injuries, and achieve fitness goals. Further, our experts will collaborate with your referring physician or therapist when appropriate to create the best training approach.

Exceptional Education

Every member of our team has advanced degrees in their field, including but not limited to master's in Exercise Physiology, Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Registered Dietitian, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Ergonomics Specialist™, USA Triathlon Certified Coach, Road Runners Club of America Certified Coaches, and a Registered Nurse.

Services

Start where you are at! Whatever your goals are, your personalized training program will be designed to help you reach them. Your program will be based on a comprehensive fitness evaluation to meet your needs and adapt as you progress.

All training session require the initial fitness assessment. Get started with a starter package which includes your initial assessment and training session.

2022 Pricing

  • Fitness Assessment (required for new clients): $204
  • 30 minute session: $110
  • 60 minute session: $170
  • Starter Training Package (assessment and training session): $270
  • Session Packages (can be used for 30 or 60 minute sessions): 20 pack of 30 minute time blocks: $1,530
