Every member of our team has advanced degrees in their field, including but not limited to master's in Exercise Physiology, Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Registered Dietitian, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Ergonomics Specialist™, USA Triathlon Certified Coach, Road Runners Club of America Certified Coaches, and a Registered Nurse.
As with any other healthcare provider, your first session with your exercise physiologist will be a fitness assessment. During this appointment, we take a global look at your overall strengths and weaknesses as we assess the various components of fitness including posture, strength, mobility, movement patterns and more. We combine our observations with your medical history and goals in order to help develop an individualized exercise program. At the end of the assessment we will review the action plan to help you reach your goals in addition to providing you a report with significant findings. You would follow up your fitness assessment with one on one training sessions to develop your training program.
