For years I have been struggling with arthritis in my neck. I have been to many doctors looking for relief and my only options offered were pain medications. Over the years it became not a good option for me. A friend suggested I go and see Dr. Baxi at HSS. After my initial visit, I immediately felt that I had found the right doctor for me. Not only did he fully listen to me but he was the first doctor that offered a different approach of not using painkillers. In August of 2022 I had an ablation procedure in my neck preformed by Dr. Baxi. Before the procedure driving a car became near impossible with my limited neck turning ability, sleep eluded me and everyday pain was becoming unbearable. After the ablation procedure I feel better than I have in over 20 years! It has been 6 months of no pain and a much better range of motion. I am back to hiking, playing with my grandchildren and enjoying life again. I am very thankful for Dr. Baxi and the procedure.
