I am an avid cyclist that still competes at an international Level. For the past two years back pain was increasing every day. I consulted with Dr. Frank Cammisa and he sent me to Dr. Daniel Richman for epidural injections to diagnose where the pain was coming from. Three and a half months ago, he performed a dual fusion. Two weeks after surgery I was starting to train in a bike simulator and going to the gym. Right now I am riding several times a week with minimal pain. The pain in general is 80% - 90% better and I feel that each week is better and better. I am starting to prepare for an international Gran Fondo in two and a half months.

All I can say is that HSS and Dr. Cammisa did a remarkable job. I have friends that have been treated in very well known hospitals in the U.S. for the same problem and their results have never been as good as mine.

All the nurses and Lady Perez from the International Center helped me in an amazing way.

I never imagined living without back pain. Thanks HSS!
