I tore both of my ACLs during a ski accident in the Winter of 2019. Through a referral I ended up in Dr. DiFelice’s office. Instead of going straight to reconstruction, Dr. DiFelice wanted to try repairing them. Not only that, he was willing to operate on both of them in a single surgery. Well, the surgery was successful. I spent months in physical therapy rebuilding my strength. Less than a full year later I was back at it, stronger than ever. I was able to ski without my braces after a few days out. I’m back to glades and jumps. I forgot to mention that I am 47. Thank you Dr. DiFelice. You have allowed me to get back to doing what I love most. After my injury I couldn’t imagine that I would ever be able to even walk without a limp. I am forever grateful.
