Bridget Carter

I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery 4 years ago after a basketball injury that left me with a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus. My rehabilitation went beyond well, and although it seemed as though my progress wasn't linear, I was becoming stronger as the months went by. Most recently, I was able to accomplish a feat I was probably not even able to do prior to my injury - run the Broad Street 10 Miler in Philadelphia. This accomplishment could not have been done without the amazing surgical and rehabilitation team I had at HSS, and especially not without Dr. Shubin Stein.
