Ian Brecker

My name is Ian Brecker, and I recently completed a half marathon that felt entirely impossible not long ago.

Over the years, I've had not one, not two, but three ACL surgeries, all performed by Dr. Peter Fabricant. Each injury brought its own setbacks, frustrations, and doubts. But through it all, Dr. Fabricant was there, not just as a surgeon, but as someone who truly cared about helping me rebuild and push forward.

The "3-for-1" surgery was a turning point. It wasn't just about repairing ligaments. It was about restoring my belief in my body's ability. The recovery was long and demanding, but I always felt I had the right team behind me.

Crossing the finish line in Winston-Salem wasn't just a personal victory but a celebration of perseverance and a testament to the incredible care I received at HSS. Dr. Fabricant didn't just get me back on my feet. He helped me move forward stronger than ever.
