I am now running, jumping and most importantly, scoring again after the devastating injury Dr. DiFelice repaired. I knew immediately that my knee had given out and the worst fears were confirmed that I may have destroyed my ACL, which I did. I was now faced with choices as to who to trust, where to go, etc. Dr. DiFelice gave me hope that if he could do his magical repair, I would be up and running quicker and if not, he will still make it as good as new. The one hour surgery evolved to four, and he obviously worked diligently to make me whole again. His expertise and on the spot decisions has enabled me to be as good as new. Despite the injury and need to recover for a full year, I was able to return and play all season on my lacrosse team. I was the top scorer on my team and made All County. I could not have done it without Dr. DiFelice and the supporting staff of HSS. I am confident, and so should you. You are in GREAT hands! I am very grateful.
