In January 2014 Dr. MacGillivray performed an ACL reconstruction and meniscectomy on my left knee. Surgery went well and I had a rather easy recovery, participating in sports again as early as August. In December 2014, I unfortunately tore the ACL in my right knee (almost a year to the date I tore my left knee.) Thanks to the great surgery and recovery from my previous injury, I knew exactly where to go! Dr. MacGillivray performed an ACL reconstruction and meniscectomy on my right knee in February 2015. Another great surgery and while it took longer to return to sport this time, I feel great knowing that a top notch surgery was done. Thanks to Dr. MacGillivray, I have been able to return to lifting weights and playing sports!
