I came to HSS after re-tearing my ACL pitching. I thought my career was over and got a second opinion. Time was all I needed to heal. (Dr. Wic used a human cadaver of an Achilles for my ACL graft reconstruction.)

After 6 years of being post-op my leg feels amazing. I experienced atrophy of the leg and lost velocity right after my surgery. Since the surgery, the graft has held up and even though I am retired from baseball, I can function in my day to day activities and I am thankful for that.
