I am a Yoga/Pilates and Fitness instructor, and an active mother of three children. I tore my ACL and meniscus in March 2014. Dr. Strickland performed ACL reconstruction surgery in April. I was back to work in 10 weeks and returned to my daily Yoga practice. I began to golf again in the summer and started to run again in March a few days short of my 45th birthday. I do suffer from arthritis, but I feel stronger and better than ever. Thank you Dr. Strickland and Northport PT!!!
