If traveling from the East (i.e. Garden State Parkway and towns east of there) where you must make a left turn into our entrance, please continue on East Ridgewood Avenue until you can make the first legal U-turn (you can U-turn in the Lord & Taylor parking lot via a left turn at the 4th light).

Two to three weeks prior to your surgical procedure, you may be directed to make an appointment with our Presurgical Department. Bring official proof of identification with you. A driver's license or passport is preferred. It is very important to eat and drink as usual on the day of your visit. Do not skip breakfast or lunch.
