After two long years of living with chronic pain, I had almost given up hope of finding relief. I saw multiple orthopedic surgeons, but no one seemed able to identify the true cause of my problem or take on what had become a very complex case. Then I found Dr. Beth Shubin Stein and her incredible team at HSS — and everything changed.

From the very first visit, Dr. Shubin Stein and her team showed an exceptional level of care, thoroughness, and dedication. They took the time to really listen, dig deeper, and ensure that every possibility was explored. Their communication was outstanding — I always felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. What impressed me most was that they never gave up on me. They were determined to find a solution and to give me my life back — and they did exactly that.

A special thank-you also goes to Vinny, my HSS physical therapist. Vinny was truly amazing — always in close communication with my surgical team, ensuring that every step of my recovery was aligned and optimized. He helped me set realistic goals, encouraged me when progress was slow, and celebrated every milestone along the way. Despite my challenging schedule, he always found a way to accommodate me, making the process feel manageable and hopeful.

Today, I’m finally pain-free and getting back to doing the things I love. I can’t thank Dr. Shubin Stein, Vinny, Nikki and the entire HSS team enough for their professionalism, compassion, and relentless commitment to helping me heal. They didn’t just treat a condition — they gave me back my quality of life.
