When my right knee started locking up while playing hockey and soccer, my family and I knew there was something wrong. We decided to go to Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Green told me that I tore my meniscus and that it needed to be cured with surgery. Upon arriving at the hospital, I was very worried that I would never get back to normal. I was in fear that I would never be able to play sports the same way again. Dr. Green and his assistants said that everything would be fine, and they took exceptionally good care of me during my procedure. With the wonderful help of Dr. Green and his assistants, I was able to get back in the game in no time! After the surgery, I was on crutches for six weeks, followed by physical therapy for three months. After that, I was back to my usual, active self. None of this would have been possible without Dr. Green and now here I am, back in the game!
