I had been experiencing pain in my knee for a long time. When the pain spread to my hip and lower back I sought out Dr. MacGillivray. He diagnosed a meniscus tear and performed surgery. As I recovered, I wondered why I had waited so long to get it done. I’m feeling stronger and more energetic than I have in a long time. I have resumed hiking and have been able to ski this season, as I was promised.

I can’t say enough about my experience with HSS. The entire process, from pre-surgery to the OR to Rehab was efficient and professional. Everyone that worked with me along the way was attentive and helpful. All of my questions, even the curious ones, were answered thoroughly. I’m thrilled to be back doing the things I enjoy, without hesitation.
