I had rotary cuff surgery 2 years ago from Dr. MacGillivary so this winter when the other shoulder needed help, I went to see him again. This time it was worse than the last. From day one after surgery I experienced no pain except for living with that brace. Six weeks later I started physical therapy, and now, twelve weeks post op. I keep forgetting anything was wrong. The recovery has been astounding. Carefully, I can do everything I could do before the injury and I am sure in time it will be totally a non issue.
