I was suffering from 3 herniated discs in my cervical and thoracic spine. For months, I couldn't lay down to sleep, had lost feeling in my hand and had phantom pain down my arm. I didn't want to take prescriptions and I was not responding to other treatments, so I did some research and found out about HSS. Dr. Kramskiy understood that I was an active person who couldn't live life like this and recommended injections in my back. Immediately after the injection, the phantom pain was gone. I was able to lay down to sleep. I completed a few months of physical therapy and I now have my life back - including the ability to keep my daily vinyasa yoga practice. Without a doubt I would not be where I am today without HSS.
