Phenomenal experience! From check in to my departure, all staff were very kind and treated me like I was the most important thing that mattered. My nurse, Marcia on the 10th floor, was an angel. When I needed something, she responded quickly and addressed it. When I left, she treated me gently, and wheeled me down to my waiting ride and assisted me into the car. Everything she did was with warm heart and a smile. Hats off to your HR department for hiring these wonderful people and training them appropriately!
