Work with a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and USAT1 Coach to craft a personalized running program to help you reach your next goal. Along with an initial consult, our various tiers of coaching range from 4–12-week custom programming, as well as options for 1:1 strength and stability training and virtual monthly check-ins. Combine your run coaching with our Metabolic Testing and Running Mechanics Analysis to elevate your programming to the next level!

New runners, seasoned runners, and everyone in between. Our approach is that every runner is an N of 1. In other words, each runner is individually assessed and programmed based on their goals, needs, and running history. Whether you are chasing a qualifier or interested in learning more about running while preventing injury, our data-driven approach tailors the 1-1 program to you.

  • Work 1-1 with you coach to better understand how to improve based on your history and goals
  • Gain insights on injury prevention, performance improvement, and managing your weekly mileage
  • Establish training zones based on metabolic data to work smarter and more efficiently
  • Gain 1-1 guidance on lifestyle factors that also affect your training, such as managing a schedule, recovery, tips for sleep, fueling, and cross training
  • Work with a clinical exercise physiologist on strength, stability, and mobility training to improve your running
  • Plan strategy and preparation for your big races, small races, and important milestones

A-la-carte Services

Single Coaching Consult with 4-Week Program $225:
This option includes one consultation session (60 minutes in person or virtual) and a 4-week customized running, cycling, or triathlon program that incorporates cross training, strength training, and recovery recommendations.
 
8-Week Run Coaching Program $620:
Includes a 8-week customized running, cycling, or triathlon program, initial consult, 1 strength training session (60 minutes in person or virtual), and coaching calls at weeks 4 and 8 (30 minutes virtual).

Packages

Silver Level 12-Week Run Coaching Package $1,410 ($1365 for NYRR members)
This 3-part package leverages data from your metabolic profile to identify specific training zones and workouts to help maximize your personal performance.
 
Our Metabolic Testing Profile measures an athlete’s individual physiological response to exercise to identify one’s current fitness level and pinpoint areas where performance gains are possible. The Advanced Metabolic Profile examines 4 markers including VO2 Max, lactate threshold, running economy, and metabolic efficiency to identify precise training paces and heart rates and the potential to maximize race day performance.
 
The 1-1 Run Coaching & Strength Training includes a 12-week customized running, cycling, or triathlon program that incorporates cross training, strength training, and recovery recommendations based specifically on the information from your testing results.  The initial consult is 30 minutes and can be virtual. During this visit we will discuss your running history, preferred schedule and running routes, goals, and time available for training.  Next, you will receive your training program, along with 3 scheduled strength training sessions (60 minutes in person or virtual), as well as coaching calls to check in on progress and make adjustments at weeks 4, 8, and 12 (30 minutes virtual).
 
Gold Level Run Coaching Package $1,730 ($1,655 for NYRR members)
The ultimate run coaching program based on the science of your health and wellness! This 4-part package consists of metabolic testing, running mechanics analysis, one on one strength training, and a 12-week run program.
 
The Running Mechanics Assessment encompasses a musculoskeletal exam, functional strength testing, and gait analysis using motion capture technology to gain a better understanding of how you run and opportunities for performance improvement and injury reduction. A full report highlighting key findings and personalized recommendations are provided.
