I had two hip replacements - one in November 2021 and then November 2022. I am a new woman after years of not being able to enjoy hiking and Zumba. I got back in shape, and the "hero" story is last summer my family went to Iceland on vacation and I was able to do a Glacier Hike! Then we did a vertical hike to the top of a mountain at the highest point in Iceland. It's so incredible to keep up with my boys! This summer, we're off to the Isle of Skye in Scotland for more hiking. All thanks to HSS.
