During a competitive wrestling match in December 2021, I broke my distal femur, tore my ACL and meniscus, and sprained my PCL and MCL. I had a osteotomy on my left leg as well as ACL reconstruction surgery. I was told I wasn't going to be able to wrestle this upcoming season. Then I got cleared to start participating in sports at six months after ACL surgery. I worked hard to get back on the mat and now I am having a very successful season. I am 23-3 wrestling on a varsity and thankful for everyone who has helped me at HSS.
