Tore my meniscus running on a Sunday and could barely walk. Saw Dr. Rose the next day Monday, was operated on that Thursday, and I was on a stationary bike 5 days after surgery and resumed normal activity with caution 7 days later.
Now 3 weeks after surgery all seems great and looking forward to resuming running/ Thank you Dr. Rose ... just as advertised, "I'm back in the game!"
