Dr. Sculco replaced my left hip in 2006. It took 1 year to recover my full muscle strength and flexibility, but I never had any problems with my new hip. In May 2012, I climbed Mt. Everest (see attached photos). In 2013, Dr. Sculco replaced my right hip. It took 14 months to recover, but I now again have full muscle strength and flexibility. In February 2015, I climbed a 300' frozen waterfall at Cascade Falls in upstate New York and am now planning another mountain expedition in May 2016. I owe my success and am deeply grateful to Dr. Sculco and the team at HSS.
