The fascia in my foot actually had finally torn when I came to an HSS foot and ankle surgeon and I was walking in constant pain. I had heard that he could do blood doping on my foot to expedite the healing process. The treatment was so successful that within a few weeks I was pain free. I still tell people how amazing that procedure was, it put my physical life back on track. I am now back to exercising, hiking, and traveling all over the world pain free!
