Dr. Della Valle has a terrific bedside manner. His approach to my condition was very clear, leaving the choices for treatment entirely up to me. Absolutely no rushing into surgery. He gave me confidence once I chose Total Hip Replacement and I went to work in the gym to prepare my body for the surgery and recovery.
Everything went well and I was lucky to have a nearly pain free speedy recovery. By the 7 week mark I was in Florida playing golf with my son. I not only played 125 rounds of golf during the next year, I won several awards - most improved golfer, 3rd qualifier Club Championship, Finals Mayor's Cup and 1st place in the Seniors with a 75. I was recommended to Dr. Della Valle and have recommended him to others. Not everyone has the same condition nor results. Some take the exercise regimen more seriously. I wanted to Ski this Winter but my wife talked me out of it. Next season, I will go skiing!!!
