Patient Story of: Jack Haar

My back pain condition was awful for the past several years, curtailing my activities a lot. I had a number of tests and exams, but no solutions. Thank goodness Dr. Bonder of NY Hospital sent me to you. The stretches and exercises were really pinpointed to my problem. To be truthful, I was dubious of this endeavor and reluctant. Boy, was I wrong! The regimen you designed for my condition has worked wonderfully. I do a number of this regimen daily. It has given me new life. I can now tie my shoelaces without having excruciating pain!! I am now playing tennis three times a week, walking, jogging and visiting our community gym (the recumbent bike). Recently, I also completed a 3-mile fun run. Not bad for an 87 year old ex-jock. Thanks again for all your expertise and care.
