On 11/5/23, I jogged, walked and completed my 27th consecutive TCS NYC Marathon, an achievement that would not have been possible without the amazing care of Dr. Andrew Creighton at HSS and his wonderful team, including physical therapist Junsik Yoon. I managed to improve my 2022 time by 21 minutes. Over the last 2 years, I have been under Dr. Creighton’s excellent care to treat my fractured tailbone using non-invasive treatment options. Because I fractured the same spot three times, the healing process has been long, particularly initially when I did not do on a regular basis the daily home exercise assignment. Eventually, a huge improvement was observed as reflected by the pain level decreasing from 9 to 3, or even to 2 on some good days. To Dr. Creighton, I thank you very much for the diligent and professional care you have provided. Your warm reassuring bedside manner is a quality that any doctor should emulate.
