Pilates
The HSS Pilates Program offers individual sessions with Nationally Certified Pilates Teachers (NCPT) who are experienced in working with the rehabilitative population. Sessions are highly specialized and adaptive in order to address a variety of clinical needs using the entire suite of Pilates equipment. The HSS Pilates Program offers whole body education focused on helping patients learn how to get the most from their home exercise programs, improve their long-term movement patterns, and fully harness the power of a strong core connection.
A session will include access to the entire suite of Pilates equipment.

HSS Pilates Teachers work in collaboration with referring physicians and therapists in order to create a personalized exercise program that can help patients progress from rehabilitation to optimization. The HSS Pilates Program creates a bridge between injuries, special conditions, clinical interventions, and a lifestyle of healthy movement. HSS Pilates helps patients build their sports, hobbies, and daily lives on a sound foundation of core support and can aid in recovery from injury, orthopedic surgery, and conditions such as chronic pain, scoliosis, and osteoporosis.
