From the moment I arrived at HSS, I knew I was in the right place. I was graciously greeted at the front desk and guided through every step of the X-ray process. The knowledgeable, compassionate support staff immediately put me at ease and set the tone for an exceptional experience.

Then I met Elizabeth Cody, MD. Her expertise, confidence and welcoming manner immediately gave me hope. I knew I was in capable hands, and by the end of the appointment the sense of hopelessness I had been carrying had lifted. I truly believed she would get me back on my feet.

My surgery was completed successfully at HSS Orthopedics at Stamford Health Tully Health Center, where the nurses and support staff helped ease my nerves both before and after the procedure. Dr. Cody and her team continued to follow up with me after surgery, emphasizing the importance of my recovery and my post-operative care.

It was a long road, but thanks to Dr. Cody and her incredible team, I was back on the water skiing exactly one year to the date of my surgery. It was a little chilly, being April, but I could not resist. I was thrilled to share the news with Dr. Cody, who helped make that moment possible.
