I want to take a moment to give the loudest possible compliment to Dr. Roberts and the entire team at HSS for the exceptional care I received after rupturing my Achilles.

I injured my Achilles on a Saturday and was at the HSS office by 9 a.m. Monday. By noon, I had been diagnosed, scheduled for surgery on Wednesday, and completed all pre-op requirements. On Tuesday, I received my 8 a.m. surgery time, and by 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, I was home recovering.

First, I want to commend Dr. Roberts for his straightforward, businesslike approach. He clearly explained the positives and negatives with a confidence that immediately gave me the sense I was in excellent hands.

I also want to give high marks to the entire HSS staff - from reception and office personnel to PAs, surgical staff, and prep/recovery nurses. Every single person was incredibly competent, responsive, and efficient, all while maintaining warmth, charm, and a smile.

Bravo! From my perspective, Dr. Roberts and HSS have cracked the code on medical treatment. We all dread these experiences during vulnerable times, but I could not be more pleased. A hearty shout-out to one and all!
