I am without pain for the first time in 8 years thanks to two hip replacements from Dr. McLawhorn. I am immensely grateful not just because I can walk for miles pain-free, but just moment to moment, not being in pain is such a gift.

I did lots of physical therapy, steroid injections, and just about every possible alternative therapy before trying surgery. When orthopedists numbed my hips to demonstrate the improvement possible with surgery, I did not get relief - so I avoided surgery.

Only when Dr. McLawhorn engaged a specialist to numb my hips did I receive some relief and the confirmation needed that surgery could remove at least some of my constant pain.
