I had a left total hip replacement on 3/20/24. A little over two months later, over Father’s Day weekend, I participated with my grandson in his Tae Kwon Do class. During that class, using my surgically repaired hip/leg, I kicked a wooden board in half. This short video shows me doing that, and my grandson then running around afterward, yelling “my Papa broke the board!”
