From the first meeting, Dr. McLawhorn inspired confidence through his calm demeanor and knowledgeable answers. His staff was highly professional and very responsive to information requests before and after surgery. The documentation and directions were thorough and clear. On the day of surgery, the staff were prompt, friendly, and competent. It was a team with a patient-centered approach. I had no pain after the first day and was walking 2 miles within 6 weeks.
