I tolerated limited mobility and 24/7 pain before I was willing to get a new hip. Once I found HSS I knew I was in the best place. After meeting with Dr. Chalmers and the staff at HSS, I felt very comfortable agreeing to a hip replacement. All my questions were answered and I was treated with care and concern. After the surgery, the staff stayed in touch with me to be sure I was improving, Now I'm pain-free and walking 4,000 to 5,000 steps a day without assistive devices and pain. Best decision I ever made.
