I had done some research a few months ago to find right doctor for hip replacement. One name that kept coming up was Dr. Alexander McLawhorn. He was recommended by other doctors and patients. Dr. McLawhorn and his team made me feel comfortable from the first meeting on. He and his team were very informative and they would be very clear what would happen before and post-surgery. My only surprise after surgery was how quickly I would recover and I would leave the hip pain at the operation table. My only regret was why did I wait so long? Since surgery I have slept through the night, lost weight and finally felt like myself for the first time in 10 years (before the hip pain started). Dr. Alexander McLawhorn and HSS team would be my only recommendation for hip or knee surgery. Big thank you for getting my life back on track.
