I had a total hip replacement with the anterior approach done May 16, 2019. At 56 I didn't believe I needed a new hip!!! I did not even realize how much my quality of life had been affected. My husband and I are so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Edwin Su. He is so professional and kind and I felt totally confident with his recommendation. He has given me my life back!! I am back to work full time as a pediatrician and once again enjoying all activities including walking my dog, spin class and we just recently traveled to Scotland England Wales and Ireland on a vigorous and strenuous two week tour - with no problems at all. I would say to anyone who is a candidate for hip replacement go to the Best Place - HSS - and Dr. Su. Don't put it off, your life is waiting for you to return.
