When I first explored the HSS website, I was drawn to all the testimonials of people having surgery and doing amazing physical feats after their recovery. I was in a very bad place when I first met Dr. Peter Sculco. Simply walking across a room or sitting in a chair were physical feats beyond my capabilities. For me, I was not looking to climb mountains or run marathons after surgery. I just wanted to LIVE again and do the normal activities healthy people take for granted on a daily basis. Dr. Peter Sculco, in no uncertain terms, gave me my life back. I will forever be grateful to him. I was able to carry my newborn granddaughter across a room safely. I was trusted to watch her because I could run after her should the need arise and climb stairs to retrieve her from a nap. I am LIVING again thanks to him. No longer do I watch people walking with envy. I can do it all! No mountain is too high! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
