I had what Dr. MacGillivray said was a huge tear of my right shoulder. I now have full range of motion and never endured an ounce of pain. The technique he used was outstanding and his regime of therapy was right on spot to help me gain full use of motion. Also, one year prior Dr. M cleaned out my knee after post surgery years ago. I had a meniscus tear, arthritis, an osteophyte and inflamed cartilage. I highly recommend Hospital for Special Surgery and especially Dr. J. MacGillivray. The success of both of these surgeries is a testament to his expertise.
