Investigational Drugs

Investigational studies are conducted at Hospital for Special Surgery in an attempt to prevent musculoskeletal diseases and enhance the quality of life of those who are afflicted by them.

If you are a patient enrolled in an investigational study that is conducted outside of Hospital for Special Surgery and require the use of your investigational drug during your hospital stay, please contact the investigational studies pharmacist at 212.606.1371.

In order to ensure proper use of your investigational drug during your hospital stay, the investigational studies pharmacist must contact the physician prescribing your investigational drug and educate the nursing staff at Hosptal for Special Surgery.
