Five Ways To Maintain Fitness And Good Eating Habits As You Age

Paramus Daily Voice featured a bylined article by HSS sports dietitian and sports performance specialist Jason Machowsky RD, CSSD, RCEP, CSCS, who advised how to maintain fitness and healthy eating habits.

Machowsky recommended eating calcium-rich foods, moderate amounts of protein and incorporating spices that naturally contain anti-inflammatory compounds such as ginger and garlic.

“It is important to see your primary care physician on a regular basis to make sure everything is functioning as well as possible,” wrote Machowsky.
