My sister, Mary Alice Kennedy, had a knee replacement with Dr. Chalmers in 2022. I was there as her support during her recovery. I was so stunned at the ease of which she recovered, the excellent hospital staff, and the at home PT group. So in 2023, when I needed a partial replacement, I decided to come to Dr. Chalmers. He is so delightful, professional, compassionate, and thorough. I can’t tell you how relieved I was. I must say I am so happy I had the surgical robot and most importantly, the pain blockers, that helped me through the worst of it. Whenever there was a question or issue, we got a quick response and help was there.

I am so impressed with HSS and Dr. Chalmers that I am coming back on April 5th to have my right knee done! After that recovery, I’ll be able to take on the world! I can’t thank you enough for the beyond excellent staff throughout the whole process and the immediate, caring support both my sister and I received.
