I was diagnosed at HSS with a small spine fracture. After wearing a brace for 6 weeks, I had virtual PT with Yukiko Matsuzaki, who was AMAZING!!!! She was super friendly and positive and helped me restore my flexibility, strength and my positivity through directed exercises specifically targeted to me. I think she has a special way about her that's so comforting, effective and she made PT fun!. I don't know what I would have done without her. I miss her :)
