I tore my labrum in my throwing shoulder and was fortunate enough to have Dr. Allen perform the surgery. He did an excellent job! Unfortunately when I went back to school I went to a therapist that was not aggressive enough with my rehabilitation. When I went back to see Dr. Allen he told me I must come do the rest of my rehab with Pat Vignona. Pat worked with me two to three times a week during the month of January. I made tremendous progress with Pat, more than we both thought I would during that month. Pat Vignona and Dr. Allen are the reasons why I am able to play the game of baseball once more and I will always be grateful for that.
