Alexa Green

Just days before her 6th birthday, Alexa was perfecting her routine on the monkey bars when she slipped and fell, landing squarely on her left arm and fracturing it. We took her to HSS where she received top-notch care from the office reception to the nurses to the x-ray technicians to Dr. Doyle herself. The office made a very scary and painful injury feel like no big deal. She loved going to the office where she knew she would be treated to snacks and juice while we waited. Her biggest complaint was that we never had enough time in the waiting room! To top it all off, she got a waterproof cast which was extremely comfortable and easy to care for. She got to pick a rainbow cast and show off to all of her friends. Almost a year later, she still asks me if we can go back to visit Dr. Doyle and the office staff. We miss her but hope that we don't have another injury to bring us back there!
