I came to Hospital For Special Surgery at the age of sixteen. I was born with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was recommended to go see Dr. Paul Pellicci about my hips. I had my bilateral hip surgery done by him on June 8, 1988. On January 12, 2010 I had both knees done. On October 6, 2015 I had to have my left hip done again. I am back to normal if I did not have all these surgeries I would not be able to dance the way I do now. Before these surgeries, I could not bend at all. Thank you to my doctor and everyone else who was there when I had my surgeries done.
