Degenerative disc disease was preventing me from living my life. I have Dr. Alexander Hughes & his assistant surgeon Dr. Daniel Shane to thank along with all of the incredible caring RN's & CNA's at HSS for having the best possible outcome. From the moment I walked into Dr. Hughes' office with no feeling in my leg & debilitating lower back pain to the moment I left HSS 3 months later free of back pain & feeling returning to my leg, I knew that I was part of the world that comes to HSS to get back in the game. I am a personal trainer/nutritional life coach and I am beyond thankful for being able to get back to what I truly love to do!
