One morning while working out, I suddenly could not extend my left arm. A week later I met Dr. Joshua Dines and was impressed with his knowledge and diagnostic abilities. After presenting several options, I chose total shoulder replacement. I was then scheduled for surgery at HSS. My experience at HSS was excellent. The staff was compassionate and the treatment at HSS was of the highest caliber. And the food wasn't bad either. Two and half years later, I am doing the same physical activity I did prior to the surgery. I swim a mile and a half a day and weight train. HSS got me back in the game! I would not hesitate to recommend HSS and Dr. Dines to anyone needing this treatment.
