From beginning to end my experience at HSS was nothing but exceptional. The staff was congenial, efficient and extremely professional. Dr. O'Brien, Kelli Gallagher and his staff were the only doctors who were able to repair my shoulder arthroscopically. Other doctors that I had been to said the only way to repair my shoulder was to make 3 - 4" incisions on each side of my arm and shoulder. Because of Dr. O'Brien's skill and technique I was able to get back to normal activities in weeks as opposed to months. Not that I hope any of friends need surgery but if they do I recommend HSS immediately.
