9 Trainers Share Their Favorite Exercises of All Time

U.S. News & World Report—August 25, 2017

In an article by U.S. News & World Report, reporter K. Aleisha Fetters interviews trainers who shared their favorite exercises. HSS exercise physiologist Pamela Geisel MS, CSCS said "my all-time favorite exercise is the single-leg RDL".

"It is a whole-body, functional exercise that has an appropriate progression for everyone. When incorporated correctly, it increases strength, balance, stability, coordination and posture. Most importantly, it builds posterior chain strength which translates to increased speed, power and running mechanics," Geisel explained.
