About Pamela Geisel

Pamela Geisel is an Exercise Physiologist on the Sports Rehabilitation and Performance team and the Director of Performance & Wellness services at HSS. She attended Towson University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and graduated with honors. Pam went on to Adelphi University where she received a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and to Hofstra University where she received a Master's in Business Administration. She is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Road Runners Club of America certified run coach, and a certified pre and postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Pam has been in the fitness field for over 15 years and has amassed vast knowledge and experience in personal training and rehabilitation in a variety of settings including corporate wellness, commercial fitness, and physical therapy clinics. Her expertise is often called on as a contributing author and presenter for nationally recognized organizations and publications. Pam has a particular interest in maximizing the performance of endurance athletes, as well as empowering mothers during the pregnancy journey. Her mission and goal is to help individuals at any age reach their life goals no matter how big or small.
