Orthopedics This Week reveals that researchers from Hospital for Special Surgery including sports medicine surgeons Andrew D. Pearle, MD and Thomas L. Wickiewicz, MD, have found new discoveries when it comes to anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) ruptures.

Together researchers extensively studied the in situ loads borne by the ACL and anterolateral ligament in the ACL-intact knee and as well as borne by the anterolateral ligament in the ACL-sectioned knee.
